WALKDONTRUN is a community art event featuring 100 artists that activate downtown Seattle's urban parks, sidewalks, plazas, and storefronts with visual art, performance + music, along a 3-kilometer walking route from Pioneer Square to Belltown.

WALKDONTRUN is a one-day art walk marathon designed to reimagine downtown Seattle through music, visual art, and live performance. Stretching 3 kilometers from Pioneer Square to Belltown, this urban route transforms sidewalks, plazas, storefronts, and public spaces into a stage for creativity and connection.
WALKDONTRUN is more than an event—it’s a community-powered celebration of Seattle’s creative spirit and a bold step toward downtown revitalization through public art and cultural activation.

Location: The event begins at 12 pm in Occidental Square Park and will conclude in Belltown on Bell Street between 2nd & 3rd Avenues.

All ticket holders are encouraged to bring unopened non-perishable items, such as canned beans, canned fruits, and protein/granola bars.
Food donations will be directed to Pike Market Food Bank.

Will streets be closed?
No, streets will remain open with the exception of the final block of the event at Bell Street between 2nd & 3rd Avenues which will be closed to traffic. Attendees and artists are to use the sidewalks and crosswalks to navigate through the event route.
