Hot Shop Happy Hour
Join us for an evening celebrating the artists and educators featured in "Loving Cups: Glass for Thought and Use," an exhibition of local glassmakers exploring the cup as a functional object, a gesture of hospitality, and a vehicle for artistic expression. Throughout the evening, participating Pratt Fine Arts Center instructors will rotate through the hot shop, offering a series of live glassblowing demonstrations that showcase the diverse approaches and personalities represented in the exhibition. Enjoy a curated wine tasting from Tinte Cellars, meet members of Pratt’s creative community, and experience the energy of the hot shop in action. Free and open to the public!
"Loving Cups" will be on view 9/19-10/1 at LMN The Shop (723 1st Ave) and at www.lovingcupsshow.com.
Free and open to all ages! Bring your curiosity and thoughts about what you'd like to see made!
