Social Contract Opening Reception

We are pleased to present "Social Contract," curated by Actualize Residents, Tommy Gregory and Rachael Comer. “A social contract is an unwritten agreement where people give up some of their absolute freedom and obey laws in exchange for safety, order, and protection from a government or community."

Featuring artists from far sides of the continental US, Social Contract includes a wide range of mediums but centers on a pointed critique of the recent and current condition of our flawed government. Join us for the Opening Reception of "Social Contract" during WALKDONTRUN and the kick off to Seattle Art + Culture Week.

Doors open at 4PM followed by a Curator Talk at 5PM. The exhibition will be on view until November 7, 2026.

Ride sharing or public transport is encouraged. There is an open parking lot on the corner of 4th Ave. S & S. Washington St. as well as a covered garage at 117 3rd Ave S, Seattle, WA 98104.
