FILTER; Benefit Auction Preview Exhibition Opening
FILTER; Benefit Auction Preview Exhibition
September 14 - October 11, 2026
Artist reception: Saturday, November 19th, 3-5pm (many of the artists will be in attendance!)
Every photograph is shaped by a filter—a choice of perspective, light, and intention. At PCNW, our community is the filter through which creativity flourishes, new voices emerge, and meaningful connections are made. Presenting a preview of this year’s auction artwork, the exhibition sparks conversation across generations, styles, and genres. From intimate portraiture, quiet landscapes, and documentary photography to high-energy rock and roll and tactile alternative processes, the collection of images highlights a vibrant spectrum of artists. Every piece tells a story, and every bid on October 16th supports PCNW and the unique photographic ecosystem we all exist in.
Artists include: Berenice Abbott, Brian Allen, Will Austin, Richard Avedon, Richard Barnes, Debbie Flemming Caffery, Daniel Carillo, Kelli Connell and Natalie Krick, Jo Cosme, Jenny Hansen, Das Jini Dellaccio, Colin Fox, Christian French, Daniel Gregory, Ed Kashi, Michael Kenna, Harini Krishnamurthy, Aspen Mays, Jordan Monloire, Jonathan Nesvig, Charlotte Niel, Birthe Piontek, Meghann Riepenhoff, Erika Schultz, Paul Mpagi Sepuya, Mark Sink, Lara Swimmer, Seth Thompson, Rodrigo Valenzuela, Hiroshi Watanabe, Francis Zera
